How do I download books from the library?
Browse the digital library, select a book, and click the download button. Books are securely encrypted and saved to your device for offline reading. You'll need an active subscription to download premium content.
What payment methods are supported?
We support M-Pesa STK Push for instant payments and voucher codes for subscription redemption. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
How does the AI Study Assistant work?
The AI Study Assistant uses Google Generative AI to provide context-aware study help, explanations, and tips. Simply ask your question and get instant, personalized responses. Usage is tracked and subject to daily limits.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes! Your account can be authorized on multiple devices. Manage your authorized devices from your profile settings. Content syncs across all your devices.
How do I create and share study lists?
Go to Study Lists, create a new list, add books and materials, then choose to make it public or private. Public lists can be followed by other users for collaborative learning.
What PDF tools are available?
Our PDF viewer powered by Syncfusion allows you to view, annotate, highlight, add signatures, extract pages, merge multiple PDFs, compress files, and convert images to PDF.
How do I sell items on the marketplace?
Navigate to the Marketplace, click "Sell Item", upload photos, add description and price, select a category, and publish. Other students can then browse and purchase your items.

Troubleshooting

App won't start or crashes on launch

Try restarting your device, ensure you have the latest version installed, and check that your system meets the minimum requirements. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app.

Downloads are failing or incomplete

Check your internet connection, ensure you have sufficient storage space, and verify your subscription is active. Try downloading smaller files first to test connectivity.

Can't log in or forgot password

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to reset your password. Check your email for the reset link. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder.

Payment not processing

Ensure your M-Pesa account has sufficient funds and that you're entering the correct phone number. Check for any SMS prompts from M-Pesa. Contact support if payment was deducted but subscription not activated.
